Any differences in an E350 7.3 and an F250 7.3?

I pulled the cracked motor out of my '94 IDI nonturbo F250 last weekend. Now I'm about to pull the motor from a '92 E350 to replace the one in my truck. I noticed that the fuel filter is in a different location. I'm not sure if it would be better to leave the filter where it is (driver's side on the E350) or take the bracket off the cracked motor and move it back to the passenger side. Any thoughts?

Also, are there any other differences that I'm not aware of? The exhaust manifolds look the same, but can anyone verify this?

By the way, if anyone needs body parts for an E250/350 extended van, let me know!

Two of the injector lines are different (timing adaptor is on a different line) fuel filter location is different.

I believe one of the exhaust manifolds is different and the oil cooler is different.

If it were me, I'd change the fuel filter and lines just so it was factory correct.

I thought the engine mounts were different too, but might not be, would have to look and see i guess. But i thought because the engine mounts were different was the reason for the different oil cooler.
