I just had to replace my bulging right front brake hose, and found that the part is on national back order. I had to go to Raybestos for it. I figure that it really should have lasted longer than 50K miles, and the fact that you can't even buy one from Ford should tell you something. Got mine on ebay for $8749 with 116K on the clock. 1-1-09 BTS Tranny, 500+ HP at the rear wheel

It is probably excess fuel diluting the oil. I would take that one back to the dealer for investigation. Scangauge. DieselSite Coolant Filter@72K. Fumoto valve. Amsoil dual remote oil filter setup. 176 days in the shop - not counting the 4wd conversion time - Replaced front springs, 2 injectors, Trans housing, 3rd gear, Reverse planetary assy, Turbo, Alternator, another Alternator, Turbo hose fitting, Block Heater, Door lock, Front axle seals - all under warranty. AC hose, 1 injector, Batteries not under warranty.
