Cruise Control
Just finished installing the FORD cruise control kit in my 2001 E350 PSD.
The kit came with a new steering wheel with the cruise buttons on it, a new clock spring, a brake switch, and other misc items. And directions
The install took no more than 2 hours. The hardest part was taking the steering wheel off. But I managed to pull it off without a puller. Be careful around the air bag. Make sure you disconnect BOTH batteries.
I highly recommend this kit for you guys that don't have cruise.
I priced around and the prices ranged from $160 to $200. I went to Fette Ford in Clifton, NJ and ordered it for $160. Can't beat that price for a factory kit. I asked the parts guy to look up the price for steering wheel alone and it was $198.
Part number is YC2Z-9A818-AA
Hope this helps
