Ford A 0609 engine ??

Ciao !!
I have bought a Ford A 0609 car transport truck.
The engine has "deceased" with a big cylinderhead failure.
This kind of truck is rear in Sweden and now i wonder if anyone can help mi identify the engine type.
The truck is from 1976 and the engine is a 6 cylinder diesel (Power should be 64 Kw) and that is the only thing i can say at the moment.
Please can anyone help me to idetify the beast ??

Uffe, repost this in the General diesel forum - think you'll get more answers. The 64 Kw(85Hp) seems a little low to me, even for Europe at that time. Do you know how big the engine is? Usually engine manufacturers put their marking on the engine some where - try cleaning the engine.
