Re: Ford dealership problems
No you are not wrong! Are these e-mails from the dealer or from Ford Customer Service?Sounds like you need a lawyer if Ford doesn't want to play nice.Print and keep all copies of your correspondence and receipts. You will need them and also do do a print screen of your inbox so that you have proof they were sent from Ford. You may want to PM Pat Dolan ( Ithink that is also his TDS user name) for input,he is a member here and has been through the lemon, arbitration, and buy back with Ford. He doesn't frequent the van forum, but shoot him a PM and I'm sure he can tell you what will be involved. The lemon laws do vary from state to state, but generally its three similar failures, or a certain amount of total out of service time.Should be able to do a google search to find the laws for your state. Sorry to hear it is not going well with your van.The van is a nice billboard for negative advertising. Maybe leave it parked across the street from the dealer on the weekends with some signs on it, that may get them to respond.
