Okay, lets see here.....

When was the last time you started it? How long has it been sitting since the last started (same question bascially)? Has it ever done this before? Did you just do any type of maintenance to it?

Is it a PSD or IDI..........
PSD.....
Could it be the IPOP........ sorry not PSD literate.

IDI.......
Do a pressure and flow test of the fuel pump at the Schrader valve on the filter header (FSS- fuel shutoff solenoid disconnected on IP). Remove the tire valve core and hook a hose and pressure guage on it should see 4-6 psi when cranking engine over. Then do a fuel quantity test same place, should see 1/3 pint in 10 seconds of engine cranking, route fuel to a suitable container with a hose.

sorry its a 2004 model ( my typing and not reading.)

Its been used every day.

The first thing that went wrong for no reason was the turbo got it replaced and back on the road

the next thing was two water pipes leaking that runs past the turbo above the motor because they were rubbing ( not being put in the right place as before) any way got them replaced. These cool the oil i think.

the next is the oil cooler that leaked oil in to the water so needed to replace that too. part of the above problem they said.

all this in the last 4 month the last problem in the last week.

then just to top it off there was a "flutter" sound on the driver side in the motor and then it just cut out and no more starting.

The motor turns over and the scan tool does'nt bring any codes up.

So any help please.

Is there a better scan tool or computer i can buy that might help.
