Re: frame mounted fuel filter trouble
finally got it off after just ignoring the little voice in my head urging not to be impatient & thereby breaking it. ridiculous how hard it was to get off. also poor design as sensor connection protect. hits mounting bracket as you rotate it. oh well, an 18" set of channel locks and a $50 new cap and i'm back in biz.
thanks for the tip frank, will definetly lube the threads before reinstalling.
