For the past two years I've had this fuel leak dripping off the back of the motor. The leak was like a drop every minute or so. I tried to find where it was comming from but how the hell can you stick your head into that compartment. I've tried to look with a mirror but still... A couple of weeks ago, I did the ball bearing shim and the leak is now almost a trickle. Time to get serious and find this leak. My questions, are there any other methods short of taking off the turbo for a better view of leaks. Second, since it started to get worst after the shimming can I rule out filter cannister holes, hoses between pump/cannister, banjo bolt, and go straight to saying that it's comming out the weep hole and it's now worst? Any suggestions would really help. Thank you.

As Eric said you might want to do some searching around in the 94-97 forums since there are a lot of threads on fuel leaks on top of the motor from busted lines, leading fuel/lift pumps, and the fuel bowl itself.
