going to install stage 1, how dificult\ finished

Hi guys.
i have ordered the diy stage 1 injectors that i am going to install. plus new glow plugs at the same time. i am werry unshure about the job to get out the old ones there is a tight fit in the e350.

what is the best way to do it. can i do all from inside the car. or do i have to remover the front of the veichle so i can reach it from there.

just as plain as remove the top covers is a tight fit some of the nuts are between the engine and cars body cant even get the fingers down there.

some of you that would tell me some tricks for doing these job?

that would be great

i read you post on the injector swap and couple other that have done it to the e350.
today i got finished with the job.
it was tight but not had to do. some air tools helped alot and made thing easy. i used 4 hours to take out injectors and glow plugs. removed alternator so couple of bolts i reached from front but most from inside the car.
i made 2 cuts in the body at the closest to the engine, so i could bend the body a litle away and got much more room when doing that. when finished just bend the body metal back so the sealing for the doghous works.

only drove it a litle test run now and it works great. and it is big different from stock to stage 1 diy. one of my old injectors also hade a broken spring.

so now i am going for a litle trip to get out all the air from the system, litle hard started now.

back from a litle trip with the van now. it works great. stage 1 plus dp tuner is fun

seams like the auto tranny is slipping. is it anything i can do so the tranny holds up better? do i nead new converter? shift kit?

dont know the power it is making but it is so much more than the stock injectors. 2bar (30psi?) of boost as soon i hit the trottle 12 psi with stock ..
this makes the van move fast, and realy smokey. just need locker in the axle now....

its the same injector
i have a 96mod car so i had the single shots. just bought the diy stage 1 160cc kit and rebuilded them.

what boost are you running? my gauge stops at 30psi and it goes past that. maybe i am pushing 35psi.

with g tech i read 218hp at wheels with stock injectors and dp tuner on aggressive. tested with new injectors same setting on the tuner then i got 281 on the wheels. so a big gain in hp.

not shur what you are selling but the intake from a truck witch ic would be nice, have been looking at a way to fabricate the ic piping not much space to drag the pipe must figure a good way to do that first.

i did a litle test but let the throttle go at 50mph i used 5.4 sec to do 50mph so around 6-6.5 sec to do 60mph maybe right
