I found the factory seat/bed for the 1992-1996 Chateau Van in a junk yard about 40 miles way - same gray material as my seats. It slid right into the rails my of my existing 3rd seat, cleaned up real nice, and one wouldn't know it was from a 1994 van. The seat has a 3rd section attached to the back that allows it to fold down into a bed when reclined. The seat also sits more in the middle of the van, and has an arm rest on both sides while my original seat had one arm rest on the passenger side and was positioned closer to the driver side. It is more comfortable than the seat it replaces too. I found mine by doing a search at
