Ground clearance and oil filters

I need an answer pretty quick.

See my sig for the info on my van, and you may want to go here for some more info. Basically, I want to know if I can put a PSD oil filter on my 6.9l without any ground clearance problems. The van's a 4x2, but the previous owner put 31" tires on it. Most driving's on the street, but I go playing offroad every now and then. I know that the filters are interchangeable; same thread, etc, but I don't know if the added size of the PSD filter could cause a problem. A speedy answer would be appreciated, either here or on the linked thread (it's in the 6.9l forum here). Thanks in advance!!
