Help need advise

After over 2 months of taking my van to the dealer for repairs it still is doing the same thing. When going up a steep grade I suddenly lose power. Boost falls off, heavy black smoke out of the exhaust.. and as soon as I get to level ground it runs better but rough. Then the next day all is back to normal. The post turbo EGT are at 1000, boost is around 15 to 20. Ford has replaced the y pipe,PCM, speed sensor, repaired an exhaust leak (twice)(the downpipe off of the turbo was loose) checked the map sensor (ok) and I'm sure I have missed something else just can't think of it now. I am going to return yet again to the dealer tomorrow and demand the mechanic gets in the van and goes for a ride so I can show him when and where this happens. (there are no hills by the dealer) So if any of you diesel mechanics out there can help me give the tech some suggestions it would be appreciated.

Randy
