How do I post a picture?

I know, I know, silly question but I am not sure how to do this. I want to post a few pictures of my van ( maybe even with my postings if possible?) Also want to be able to post pix of the fuel mods when done!
Thanks for your patience with me
Colin

Re: How do I post a picture?

Well unfortunatley you can't post pictures with your post, some forums allow that, which is actually a pretty nice feature. Somehow you can post pictures up on the site, but i'm not sure how you go about doing that.

I just posted pictures up on a server that i pay for from hostsave.com, it's 7.99 a month. The URL samantha.cc i bought from spot.cc for a friend.

But if you want i can host them for you on my site or something, i also use this computer as a server with IIS on windows XP. If you need to just PM me or reply in this thread and let me know if you want me to host em, i'd be glad to. You could probably just email me the pictures too, if they're not too big.

Re: How do I post a picture?

First you need a hosting company. There are many around and some are free. I use MSN communities. There are others like webshots, clanpages, yahoo. You need an ISP (internet service provider) to log onto the Internet and most of them give you the provisions to have your own website on their servers and usually it's free. Check with your's first.

Re: How do I post a picture?

Thanks for the suggestions. I found out that my ISP has space for a home page. Guess I'm going to have to learn how to make one now so I can post pictures.
