Maybe take the chip out clean the contacts and re-install it ?

Actually, I did that just before the o-ring job. It was time for an inspection and DOT certification, so I removed the chip for the test and put it back right after. The difference I've experienced has been since the work on the high pressure oil fittings, although it has been getting a little better each day. It has the initial punch off the line now, but still seems a little sluggish compared to the pre o-ring work. I'm thinking maybe some residual air in the lines--hoping actually as opposed to maybe being careless and letting some debris get into a high pressure line.
