Idle Control Mount ?

I just received my factory Idle Control from
the dealer But, as I had already heard,
The factory mount is a joke, It takes up the
driver side cup holder Just wondering
if anyone has already figured out a better
way to mount it ?? I need my cup holder,
And my cell phone lives it the other one

If you have a pic, Please email me.

Re: Idle Control Mount ?

I used double sided foam tape and mounted mine below the lighter. I had to triple the tape up in some places to stick on.

You also have to be carefull with the shift lever. Make sure their is enough room to move it to first gear.

I also have my electric brake controller mounted under it helping to hold the idle controller up. You could us so L brackets instead.

Most of the time I can see the controller fine while driving to us it as a tach.

find a place that you are comfortable with by just using a few pieces of tape and see how you like it.

I tied up the access cable under the dash.
