Jody's new F6 Chip Vs. the F5 Chip ?
Jody's new F6 Chip Vs. the F5 Chip ?
I'M thinking about getting the new Chip from Jody, the F6 Smartchip.
I see the price is double what the stock F5 Switch is.
When I get my Chip programmed I will probobly never need to change the settings, programs.
Can anyone tell me the best way to order/set-up the chips?
I have the AIC so I don't need the high idle option, I like the idea of the "Kill Switch" option, any help would be kind.
Thanks, Scott

If you don't plan on changing the engine combo after you get the tunes, I would just go with the f5. Save the money.

Stock, 80e, 120, 140. This f5 chip will be for sale shortly if you are interested. You would have to get it reburnt by Jody, though.

rpm,
What Chip are you going to get?
I'M thinking about the F6 Chip now, I have been talking to people and they say if you are going to add Mods, meth, other stuff later, the F6 is the way to go.
My Tear Tag Code is RCU1 , and it's the stock Code I got back in 2000.
it's a great Code as the Van runs killer.

If you plan on adding mods after the chip, get the f6. Instead of having to remove the chip and send it back, you just get new tunes emailed to you, and you upload them yourself via usb.
I had the opportunity to trade the guys at swamps some stuff for one of their chips and some live tuning. I had absolutely no issues with the the dp at all.
Call Jody and talk to him. He will help you figure out what you want/need.
