Re: Lifting an E250
Quickest way in the front is a pair of 1 ton springs. At least in my 92 - 94 vans, everything E250 / E350 is the same in the front, except the springs. For the rear an add-a-leaf or two would give you lift.
After you change the front height, you will need adjustable caster/ camber bushings to set the alignment if you don't already have them.
I lifted my standard body E350 a little with front air bags and rear air shocks. Maybe about 2".
