Need Help With Cluster Swap From 99 F350 To 97 E350!!

Would like to know if anyone can give me anymore help about this swap. I have got a lot of info from the following thread-
Successfully installed a 1999 F-350 cluster gauge (with tachometer) in my 1997 PSD E-350 van.

The main thing it mentions that I need to know more about is the add or removal of a transistor or resistor. Would also like to check my work on the PIN locations.

If anyone can get in touch with aMADVAN or Petty I would greatly appreciate it. I have already sent them both a pm with no response and I want to get this done in the next few weeks.

I have only been with TDS for about a month so I don't know everyone that well and any help is well appreciated.
