Powerstroke Diesel Swap? - Diesel Forum

I am looking around at class C motorhomes with the Ford E-series front end on them. Seems most are cursed with gassers in them. I know that the geenrator will have to be swapped for a diesel. If I were to get a 1994-19996 model would this be a tough swap? Would it be easier in a 1997+ model where they switched over to the modular motors? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
