Rear heater problems

Hi Guys. Haven't been on for a while. I just found a engine coolant leak on my 2002 Ford E350 with rear heat. Behind the Driver side front tire is an area where the brake line and coolant lines running to the rear heater come real close. The Ford factory put these close enough that they rubbed togehter and wore a hole thru the aluminum heater line. The larger diameter one. Does anyone else have this problem. I just visited the local Ford dealer and notice that the new vans have a black hose and a clamp to hold the hose down to the frame. Does anyone have a 2002 model to see if their brake line is clamped. If the clamp is missing I'll beat Ford up......

Thanks
