1) new ball joints
2) new moog bushings for I-beams, radius arms, and sway bar ends.
3) full alignment including camber form a reputable truck alignment shop.
during the alignment, you can ask them to check steering box slop.
Pretty easy to tell if there is play or binding in the tie rods ends (get on the ground and inspect carefully while somebody moves the wheel), so I wouldn't replace those without checking first.
