Sheared head off the coil spring retainer bolt

While I was trying to remove it to install my air ride springs. What to do now? It seems that the retainer is really just a backup device as the coil spring rests in a groove at the top and would never get clear enough to pop out anyway. Even with the wheel hanging there's still tension holding the spring in place.
