Step Bumper on eBay
Anybody want or need a step bumper for a van. There is one listed on eBay:

I just got one from him and put on my van. Complete kit, brackets, step pads, bolts, plastic end caps, reasonable shipping, factory p/n on box, 400# tongue weight, 4000# towing. Add says it fits 92-00, but it bolted directly onto my 2004 E-350. The only negative might be the black color, but that was a positive for me.
What you see in the middle of the picture is a license plate bracket. It doesn't look bad on the bumper, but the picture somehow makes it stand out.
Since I got one and he put another back up, he might have more than one.
