Technical Service Bulletins

I thought that I read a post in here about torque convertors being changed under a TSB.

I have a ringing sound, kind of like the flexplate is loose and dinging around underneath.

The question is this, is that the noise that someone was talking about that is covered under a TSB, and at 38,000 miles, if there is
a problem does Ford cover something like this under a TSB?

This problem is with my 98, with an E4OD.

Thanks, Bob

Re: Technical Service Bulletins

Bob,

I had my Torque Converter changed under the TSB a few weeks ago. Made a huge difference in how quiet my diesel runs. Much nicer. As for the mileage I don't know. Maybe if you push on the dealer they will bend a little since you are just out of warranty?

Good Luck!
