Temperature select slide knob - Diesel Forum

Has anyone had there temperature control apart for the heater? I have a duel setup, one for the back and front. Seems that the temp slide is easier to move now and when I put air conditioning on, cold air comes out the front and warm in the back. thanks,

I have an E-450 on a MH with Motoraid as well as the auxiliary switch on the dash. I was hoping that the auxiliary would pass both cool and warm back into the MH, but I'm slowly concluding that only the heat gets passed back. I've only found coolant (i.e., heating) hoses in the rear so far.

Our ambulances have the same control, but have separate air conditioner units for the rear area. Not the same at all.

Um.. not really sure how new vans are, but mine in the rear only cold air comes out the roof vents, and if you switch to floor vents, heat only comes out.

In the front you can have cool air from the vents of from the floor.
