They should. They haven't changed any of the mounts since 92.

Thanks Eric...thats good news...I kinda thought they might because they appear to be the same crappy lights since forever. It will be a terriffic upgrade. Thanks for the tips.

that site lists clear, alteeza-style tail lights for the Excursion, but not for the E-series when they're the same part. For anyone wanting custom rear lights to go with their new front lights look under Ford Excursion.

Yup, this is true. I have seen a site or two that do list them as econline lights, and it seems like i remember seeing them with the tricolor tailights but i could be imagineing that.
