E-Series VansTechnical discussion of topics related to vans powered by any of the Navistar engines. This covers a broad number of years, but there isn't enough demand to split it any further.
I use this cooler on all three of my vehicles (F550 , F350 , TJ Sahara) .
They work great !

CountryCruizer,thanks for the reply.
I'll probably order one and see if it fits on the van w/o a lot of modifications.
I wonder if the other vanners are using a tranny cooler and if so,what type.
No extra cooler yet, but watching those tranny temps - so far so good, towing around 150 to 170 max to date over the Cumberland mtns. on I-68 185 for a short time until the factory fan came on and then back down to the 170 range.

Larry, those are good temps your running.
I'am seeing about 180 degrees max even when towing.
I just want to bring the temps down into the 150 to 160 degree range to help extend the life of my future BTS tranny.
Tom, posts from the truck site have temps reduced by just adding the extra capacity(3 qts) trans pan....also has drain plug to boot....but on the other hand if you're going to install the BTS trans probably a new cooler would be better...my .02 bill
Bill,thanks.
I already installed the MagHytec tranny pan about 1.5 years ago and saw a 20 degree reduction due to the extra 8 quart capacity.
Also, aded the Maghytec rear diff.cover about the same time too.
