E-Series Vans Technical discussion of topics related to vans powered by any of the Navistar engines. This covers a broad number of years, but there isn't enough demand to split it any further.

TRUCKIN' and Hot Rod mags do articles on Vans!

I know most of you on these forums are more into performance than those that hang out over on Vannin.Com, but the bottom line is both sites are into vans. One of the ongoing items on the Vannin.Com forums has to do with all the lack of information for vans found in the magazines available today. Things appear to be changing for the good. Both "Hot Rod" and "Truckin'" have done articles on vans. Hot Rod last month and Truckin' in its January issue. The hope is with positive support from the magazines we, as vanners, can get product manufacturers to start including us in the custom parts they produce. I'm sure most of you have grown tired of trying to make pickup parts work on your vans since nothing else is available, or resorting to making your own. Having stuck a '99 PSD into my '75 Econoline and then upgrading it with Banks Full setup I think I know what you have been going through. Hopefully you will join the vanners over on Vannin.Com in contacting HOT ROD and TRUCKIN' and letting them know we appreciate what they have done by including vanning articles. From what I hear TRUCKIN' has indicated they will run at least one vanning article every month in the future.

Keep posting those tech "how to" articles. Every time I check the forums I learn something new on how to make my van better.
