I just did mine, but I'm pretty inexperienced and taking it slow. Not really sure how long it took me. For the passenger side valve cover, I had to remove the studs for the dip-stick bracket and the injectors before it would roll over rocker arms. It can't clear the fire wall if you try to pull it off the top. I don't think it's the same setup, though, if you have a newer van.
