Re: What front end do I have?

Front end should be a Dana 60, but call Quigley and they'll tell you.

Re: What front end do I have?

Yeah It is a dana 60, But I thought there was something more specific.
I called them this morning and they didnt call back. How do I go about finding the right parts if I cant come up with year model? Just ask for dana60 tire rods?
Thanks

Re: What front end do I have?

They probably still have the folder on your van showing all of the parts used. I think that the folders are sorted by dealship, then by VIN. I'm pretty sure that they go back more than 10 years...

Re: What front end do I have?

I just talked to them about tie rods on my quigley. I dont have my list in front of me now but I'll post it later. Some parts are quigley custom and have to order through them and some are moog and can get it at the parts store. I think the actual tie rods are quigley parts. When they call you back, have them send you a parts list. They sent me my original build sheet and allignment specs from when mine was built. Also be careful if your doing it yourself. I just changed the tie rod end for the steering. (pitman arm) That was a moog part and the tie rod (sleeve) was quigley. I think they got a little crazy with the collar that tightens it on there. The end was stripped when it came out, and the new one stripped as it went in. We welded it on there till I get a new sleeve.
