I think the diamond back cover is a great product. Mine has proven invaluable in keeping my tools safe from prying fingers. The only thing i wish they could improve on their waterproof seals. I can't keep a little water form coming in from the corners. Doesn't really affect anything because it runs under my bedliner but still. The safety and looks of this product far outweigh the small drawbacks.
