Haven't worried about it.

If I drive around town, chasing errands, I never get all that hot,
If I tow up a steep grade and get some serious heat going, It is usually offset by the downhill grade on the other side of the pass, so everything is usually cooled down by time I need to shut off.

If you want to see oil pressure you need the sensor kit and the other cable adds about 300.00 I I did not see anyplace to hook up the sender with out a lot of fittings ( the op sensor is in a tight spot so i desided not to do that.
