High idle

Could someone please tell me what the "normal" cold weather idle speed should be. I have a 2012 6.7L dually f-350. It used to idle at around 600 rom but now seems to stick around 900 when in neutral or park. Any ideas before I make a warranty call and tie up my only transportation. Furthermore it only does it once in a while but am noticing now that the temp are dropping Today high is -14C. Frustrating as when's the brake is applied and your at a stop it once to go. You then put it in neutral and rpm go as high as 1000..stay like this for a while then will come back down to about 650 to 700. Hmmmm

As far as I know, that is normal. In cold weather, the engine will increase idle speed to warm everything up.
Now, if you are still having this issue after you have driven the truck for 30 miles, then I would be wondering what is wrong.
