Turbo problems on 6.7

Has anyone had a check engine light come on regarding a Turbo rod adjustment?
I am on my 3rd trip to the dealer regarding this, they have NO clue what's wrong. They are just guessing at this point. Not to mention they have to replace the gaskets (which are back ordered from Ford right now) every time they try to "fix" the problem.
I have 7k and have owned less than a month. F250 has been in the shop more than my Chevy I traded in on this piece.

Your dealer sucks as there is a TSB or SSM out on this very issue...

Edit

Found it:
SSM 21305 which states that vehicle build before 4/5/10 may have a incorrectly adjusted turbo wastegate. Using vacuum pump adjusted wastegate as per workshop manual 303-04D.

x2 on that. Easy fix and your dealer is clueless. Go somewhere else.

???

The OP has two posts and neither one of them mention "intermittent loss of boost. With no ck engine light."

Or are you talking about something else?

It sounds like they have just proved themselves completely clueless in general, time to find somewhere competent.

Have an appt tomorrow at another Ford Dealer. I finally heard back from Country Ford. They said they did exactly what you stated above jasonmt.
Is there anything else out there that anyone knows of that might be causing this issue?

thanks in advance!

I manage Ford's Customer Relationship Center and your post came to my attention by the chief engineer for Super Duty. If your name is Doug, would you mind if I have a Customer Service Manager contact you? I would like Ford's technical hotline involved to assist the second dealer with the repair? I see that the last repair was performed on the 9th.

Can I chime in and say thanks for your proactive involvement. It's great to know that Chris Brewer and Ford monitor the forums.

I'll second that! Thanks!

Way to go Ford! I don't think I've ever seen such commitment to customer satisfaction. Keep it up!

Looking forward to my new 6.7... I think its rolling down the line today!

thank you for the reply, my name is Allen Bishop and my truck is being torn apart as we speak at Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon, OK. My service adviser is Darcy.
From what I have been told so far is it looks like the wastegate is not working at all. They have done the adjustment that was advised by a previous post, however they weren't able to adjust. Even though I am unable to drive my brand new F250, I am very impressed with the customer service level at this dealership!

Thanks for any help you can assist with,
Allen
