2005 12,500 Trailer Hitch Rating?

My 2003 has a hitch rated for 15,000 (Weight Distribution) and Tounge Wt of 1,500. The SRW 05's have a 12,500 hitch. Is this rating also based on Weight Distribution or not.

unless your 03 is a V10, you're no where near pulling 15k.

14,200 is the highest if you have a reg cab 4x2 auto V10 with 4:30 rear SRW pulling a 5th wheel.

I have the 6.0L Diesel. But my question is just on the hitch. There is a sticker on it that say's its rating. It is rated at 15,000 with a Weight Distribution Hitch. My question is on the 12,500 hitch which comes with the 05's. Is the 12,500 hitch rating with or without Weight Distribution?
