Anyone know if the E350 and Excursion is going to get it ?

Just looked it up and the V10 engine order code has stayed the same for the 2005 Excursion & E-Series so it doesn't look like we'll see the 3 valve in either at this time.

so is the order code for the 3 valve v10 different?? or the code for the trucks different?? seems pretty complicated for ford to do that, especially with all the complexity issues ford is having these days.

i was going to order a new e450 and was under the impression it was coming with the torqueshift so i would assume it would come with the 3valve v-10 because i dont think it would work with the old engine unless they made a different case so it could match up

The 3 valver will have the same bell housing bolt pattern. When they fit Torqshifts to gas motors it will be through use of a trans case with the gasser motor bell housing size and bolt pattern.
