Bed extender

Why isn't hte bed extender available with the dual rear wheels? The beds are the same between the dually and single rear wheel. They even have the holes in the side for it. What gives?

Re: Bed extender

All the stranger because some of the early demo photos of it were in a dually!

(For instance: http://www.backglass.org/duncan/2008..._sd_14_100.jpg )

We have learned not to question the whims of the Ford ordering decision makers, for they are certifiably insane and we don't want them coming after us in our sleep. You can try complaining to your dealer and hope they send it up the chain and someday it gets changed...

In the meantime, maybe someone else here is ordering a SRW truck that doesn't want the extender, but would order it and take it off and sell it to you?

Duncan

Re: Bed extender

I don't know why it is not offered, but my dually has the holes already in the side to install it.

Re: Bed extender

Has anyone priced adding it from Powerstrokeshop.com? That's another way to get it.
