Bobby besides the above question What is your opinion on the new 4x4 front ends? are the coil better than leaf springs?Do they look like they have beefed up everthing in the front end or is it just a quick change for the '05 year.I am really leaning towards '05 F350 srw 4x4 for a new truck reg cab.

In my own opinion, I think the new suspension is going to be great! I can say that Ford is very excited and proud of the out come of the new suspension, but I guess time will tell. I have heard a lot of comparisons with the old full size broncos. I'll know more within the next couple of days [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

Is the pilot injection back for 05? Do you know what Ford decided on that issue. I have not heard anything about it since it was eliminated on everyone's truck with the reflash or gone altogether on the 04's. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif[/img]

Pilot injection was re-introduced with the true 2004 engine. I could be wrong, but I do believe with the latest re-flash that pilot injection was brought back.

Wow, that would be interesting to confirm! I thought that the early '04's wiht queit idle was done through EGR and ICP. However, March '04 or so they lost that completly and if you got the recent reflash (last month?) it was done away with to adress the romps and idle issues.
