There should be a sheet of paper in the glovebox that tells the number of pounds of slide-in camper you can haul without overloading the truck. The ordering guide describes that piece of paper as the "slide-in camper certification", but the title of the document is something else entirely - something like "Consumer Information".
If you can't find it, then ask your dealer to show you which piece of paper in the glovebox is the "slide-in camper certification" mentioned in the ordering guide. If they can't, then they need to call their regional manager and figure out how to get you that piece of paper.
There is no obvious physical differences between your truck and one without the camper package. Your front springs are a little heavier, but they look like front springs. You should have a front and rear rear stabilizer bar, but all DRWs have a front and rear stabilizer bar.
Early in the 2001 model year, the camper pkg came with overload springs - but they are no longer in the ordering guide so I assume they aren't putting them on camper specials anymore. But look at your rear suspension, and if you see a pair of auxiliary (or overload) springs back there, then you
know that you have the camper pkg.
If your window sticker says you have the camper pkg, then you have it. It's up to the dealer to deliver you the truck you paid for, including the slide-in camper cert.
