Can I Order a 350 with the Trailer Wiring and not the Hitch?

I have a Toy Hauler which when empty (ie no Toys) has a high Tongue Wt. (1400-1500 lbs). My 03 came with a class V hitch (1500 lb TW). But on the 05's, I can't order the Class V Hitch. So I will be putting on an aftermarket hitch.

My question is, if I don't order the Hitch, will I still get the wiring. Can I still order the Integrated Brake Controller with out the hitch?

The DRW has an optional 15K hitch (option code 86R).

No, SRW. The trailer is 8-9K, but the tongue wt is high when the cargo area is empty.
