Catalytic converter

Anyone know how restrictive the catalytic converter is on a 2001 and also is it possible to order a new truck without one. Don't have to worry about emissions up here in Big Sky country!!!

If you order a new 2001 PSD with an automatic tranny, you will NOT have a cat converter. If you order a manual tranny, you WILL have a cat converter.
