Just wanted to say "thanks" to Cochise at Lonestar for a job well done. When I arrived in Houston to pick up my new truck we found out it was still "at the ramp". Cochise actually went to the railyard, picked it up, and I was headed back to Austin that afternoon. Amazing customer service! Anyhow, anyone looking for a new Superduty at a reasonable price should consider Cochise, you wont be sorry.
Thanks again!
Brian

41'Stude,
Cochise's dealer (Lone Star) will charge you retail ($651) out of their parts department (I called them first before getting mine, since I bought my truck from them). So if you want the best price for an AIC, get it from Louder out of West Texas.
Here's their link:

Cochise,
Paul here
I called Y'alls parts dept, and they quoted me that amount (back when I got the truck)
Had I known you could do that, I would have gotten it from ya.
Oh well, next truck
Paul

Cochise: Figure you're one of the experts in this area:
On a post somewhere, recently, someone made a comment that they were making sure that their truck was built in Kentucky (vs. Mexico), and the implication being made was that Mexico was not as ''good'' (realiable?)as Kentucky.
Assuming that both places build quality trucks, can a new order be sent to Kentucky?
Cochise here. Neither you or I would be able to instruct Ford as to where to assemble any given unit. The same components are used at both locations. With that said, the build quality that I have seen from both plants would be virtually indiscernible.
