Customer loyalty rebate?

I thought there was a customer loyalty rebate for current superduty owners (purchased new) but my dealer told me that it was not available for x-plan. Can anyone confirm this?

Does anyone know all the incentives I should have recieved for x-plan? All I got was some $500 rebate and 0% for 72 months. I purchased a new F350.

Re: Customer loyalty rebate?

Not what my dealer said, or what we got on my wife's car in July.

Re: Customer loyalty rebate?

I just bought one and used X-Plan. I got the $1000.00 rebate and the 0% for 72 months. Even on a Harley

Re: Customer loyalty rebate?

X-plan is completely independant of any and all rebates that you may be entitled to. You need to find another dealer. If the dealer agrees to sell at x-plan, they msut also honor any rebates you qualify for.

They do not have to sell at x-plan though, if they choose not to.

Re: Customer loyalty rebate?

Am I entitled to a customer loy-reb if I bought the rig through a third party? Now I am the owner.

In addition to X plan, I believe there is $1500 cash, and if you own a 1999 or newer Super Duty, $1000 owner loyatly rb. At least that is the way I understand it from my dealer. But if you got 0% for 72 mos. that may supercede some or all of the rebates.

Re: Customer loyalty rebate?

Yep. I registered first as the owner at the ford website. The company in between was just the buying one for formality reasons. I live in Europe, you know. Is this ok?

Re: Customer loyalty rebate?

Same happened to me, sounds like the dealer is wanting to keep your rebate. Rebates are available on the x-plan.

Re: Customer loyalty rebate?

Did you end up getting the rebate? I guess what I am looking for is some printed evidence that xplan users still qualify for the loyalty rebate rather than trusting what the dealer is telling me.

Re: Customer loyalty rebate?

wpzone,

I can assure you that all rebates you are eligable for apply to a purchase using X-plan. I have done two this year and used rebates on both. For example you can buy a 2006 super duty and get the following.

1. X-Plan price (or better in most cases)
2. 1000 dollar customer loyalty rebate
3. 0% for 72 months

If the dealer is saying otherwise, call Ford and turn them in.

Re: Customer loyalty rebate?

What about a commercial rebate/discount? Last two trucks I bought came with a $1,000 commercial rebate b/c I own a business.

Re: Customer loyalty rebate?

Just call Ford customer service directly. This may not prove to be worth the effort, but at least it's a start.

I just bought an '07 on August 12th and received the $1000 rebate as well using x-plan.
