Dealer jerking my chain - Diesel Forum

I ordered my F350, CC, SRW, LWB on October 14, 12 weeks ago. It's still clean and unscheduled. Salesman at the dealer is jerking me around saying he's doing what he can. He and the sales manager gave me this long story on how they had allocation and if I went somewhere else I'd never get my truck, blah, blah, I fell for it. They did give me the price I wanted, but that doesn't do me any good if I never see my truck.

Can anyone offer any suggestions to get this problem resolved. I'm jonesing for my new truck. Any way I could get my deposit returned and go somewhere else? Anyone got a 6 sp on their lot they're looking to sell.

Anyway, your input is appreciated.

Try contacting the Regional Rep. Ours is listed as a sub-heading in the White Pages under Ford. Explain your issues to him/her and see what they can do.
