Delete Carpet

Is it possible to delete carpet and opt for vinyl floors in an 06 Lariat. My dad bought a 99 F-150 lariat and deleted carpet and I would like to do the same.
Thanks

No. Not on a Lariat produced for sale in the USA. There is a carpet-delete option for the XLT but not for the Lariat. (Canada may be different.)

However, any dealerperson worth his salt should be willing to swap your carpet for the black full-length vinyl floor covering from an in-stock XL. That should cost you about a two-hour labor charge.

Or you can order the vinyl floor covering from the parts department and do the R&R yourself. Or pay the dealer an hour or so labor charge to do it for you. Then you'd have the carpet to reinstall just before you sell your ride a few years down the road.
