To dealers within a state or so of Kentucky, where the trucks are delivered all the way via truck "convoy", it normally takes 1 to 2 weeks. Most of that time is sitting in a yard somewhere waiting to get loaded. Dooleys often take longer because they can go only on the back of the hauler.
To dealers further away, where the trucks are first shipped by rail from KTP then by convoy carrier the rest of the way, count on two to three weeks for normal delivery. Again, Dooleys might take longer.
I don't have a feel yet for the normal times out of the Mexico assembly plant, but I suspect they're about the same as for the trucks assembled at KTP.
If your truck is shipped by rail, you can often track it's progress using the rail lines' web sites. I know nothing else about that, except if you do a search in this forum you'll probably learn more. And no, I don't have any idea what key word you'd use for the search, but I'll bet other members jump in here and tell you.
