Disabled American Veterans (DAV) qualify for X-plan PINs

In case anyone on here is a mamber of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) one of your benifits is that you qualify for a X-plan PIN. Simply log onto Fords Partners website and use the partner code that's in your DAV membership package to request a PIN. You WILL need to present a valid DAV membership card at time of purchase though.

Re: Disabled American Veterans (DAV) qualify for X-plan PINs

Has anyone used this? My wife is a DAV and I am looking at buying a new truck. Might be worth joining to get the plan.

I have bought three new vehicles on the "X" plan through my DAV membership. You should not have to join the DAV to use the X plan if you and your wife are living under the same roof with the same address. It's good for your immediate family as long as they all reside together with the same address. I used the X plan for my wife to buy a car.

Re: Disabled American Veterans (DAV) qualify for X-plan PINs

I think he means that his wife is a disabled veteran but not yet a member of the DAV.

I have bought two Super Duty's and a Mustang this way.

If you go this route you need to join far enough in advance of your purchase to allow them to process your membership and send out your membership card. You can get a PIN and even order a vehicle without the card but the dealer will need to make a copy of your membership card when the deal is finalized.
