Is it possible that you can not get a rear stabilizer bar with a 4x4 SRW with the camper package? or is this a mistake.

Well I just looked closer and the 22.5" tire and wheel combo is for
a stripped 22,000 lb GVWR F550 (motorhome) chassis.

I suspect you're reading it wrong. The rear stabilizer is std on the SRW and DRW 4x4s, so it's not part of the camper pkg on the 4x4s. But it's included with the camper pkg on the 4x2s, both SRW and DRW.
Back up a couple of pages in the Order Guide and you see that rear stabilizer bar is std on 4x4s but not on 4x2s. Then the Camper pkg verbage makes more sense.

I wonder if that new 60/40 Bench with fold-flat, grocery hooks, dual integrated cupholders and tray, 2 outboard head restraints, that is standard on the 04 XLT and lariat crewcabs will fit in my 2000?

At the top of page 14 in the 2004 order guide (and the 2003 for for that matter) it shows that the 4.10 limited slip is not available for the 6.0L - 5.4 gas only and 3.73's 4.30 limited slips in the V10's.
Does anyone know why this is so, even though there are thousands of 2003 4.10 LS diff's roaming around the world in the diesels?? Is there going to be an issue to get one on an '04 order?

Karebear, your sig says you're going to order an SRW.
In F-350 SRW PSD, only 3.73 is available. You can choose LS or open axle, but only in 3.73 ratio on an SRW. That's been the rule since the '99s came out.
As you can see on pg. 15, in F-350 DRW PSD, you can get 3.73 open axle or 4.10 LS. No change in that option either since the '99s came out.

If you look carefully at all those thousands of 2003 PSD pickups with 4.10 rear ends from the factory, you'll notice they all have dual rear wheels.

But the real question is how much it will cost to fit it in; I'd like to do that too!

Smokey,
Where I'm coming from with this statement, is on the ford.ca website, it lets you 'Build and Price' an F350 SRW with a 4.10 LS. I haven't done this in the past two months or so, but I'm going to right after posting this. Check it out for yourself and we can both see what we come up with. Maybe this is why there is a Canada and U.S. version of the order guides. If not, why is there the two versions - daytime running lights? I'm sure they didn't need two separate guides for the DRL's only.
It is something that makes me go HHHHmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
Kerry
On Edit: After going to the above mentioned website, it does let me select the 4.10 LS, but kicks the 6.0L down to the 5.4 gas without notifying by the little pop up windows. DARN COMPUTERS!! Sorry for the unwarranted comment. I swear it worked before.

They show 3.55 and 4.10 LS for the 325HP/560TQ PSD in the 2004 E350 SRW van. The 4.10's with shorter 245's (30.5" vs 31.7" for 265's)should make the E350 a real pulling machine.
also, can anyone determine WHY the Advanced security Group
adds the personalized numeric code to the already existing
2 key fobs for remote keyless entry????? Is this overkill??
How about steering wheel radio controls???

For those people who leave their key fobs on the drivers seat and lock the door.
