I'll tell you - since ordering this truck I have been through a whole ton of emotions . . . from excited to anticipation . . . to feeling really pissed off now . . .

Still no call from the dealer saying my truck is in. Talked to him Saturday - seems the truck is sitting in Jessup, Maryland - where it's been since May 7th.

Apparently the transport drivers don't like to take Superduties, especially crew cabs because they take up more room - meaning less vehicles per run.

So here I sit waiting for some dingle berry to "feel" like delivering my truck.

Arrrgghhhhh . . .

I too feel your pain my truck was supposed to arrive a weel ago and no I'm starting to get pissed off about it. I ordered the truck at the end of february and I'm still waiting They told may the 12th would be the day and guess what still no truck. I am hopeful to receive the call today but only time will tell

I'm gonna freak if my truck is ready somewhere, and sitting for some moron to pick it up! I ordered mine May 5th, and already the sales guy is making me mad. I called Sat asking for a VIN, and he told me he dont know, and he'll ask his manager on Monday and give me a call back. I haven't gotten a call yet... Jeesh, for that kind of money, you'd think he'd be sendiong me daily updates.

How about this one.I ordered a truck on 3-15-04 and it came in on 4-14-04.It arrived on the lot at 7 am and was sold to some other guy by 11am.Then I waited for them to try and dealer trade one for me and still no truck to this day.On to a different dealer now!

Now that would piss me off and send me not only to another dealer, but to another brand. Sell my truck I ordered to someone else. Probably got more money from it then you were going to pay.

Orderer mine March 12, arrived May 3rd...7 weeks (then it sat on the lot for a week+ while we waited on paperwork from the mothership!)

So my dealer calls me - says they are trying to find out what the deal is - and they may just drive over and get it - when he says "Hold on" . . . "I'll call you right back" . . .

Two minutes later calls back - truck is in! Gets my email address and then goes out a takes some pics for me while she is still on the carrier. Just got done looking at them!

I wont say what dealer but you dont have to worry about it.I was going through a friend on this deal and Im pretty sure that was the problem in itself.So dont be worried about using any dealer in SO.CA.But I can recommend Mike Jones at Hemborg in Norco.

Ordered mine on March 23rd and first time I call they say being delivered week of May 3rd. Friday the 7th comes around and they say any day within the next couple of days. They call on the 12th and say date of arrival is May 21st. Well it is May 23rd still not here. May 25th is the 9 week mark. I'll wait another week, maybe two. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]Then I flip out and go buy at another dealer something in stock. I will get my deposit back too. Even if I have to squeeeezze it out of somebodys neck [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bleh.gif[/img] Just sold my 93, 3 weeks ago.

How much deposit do you have to put down? just wondering because i am going to order a 05 and my dealer only gets auto's and i want a 6 speed.

My dealer asked for $500 down. Called today and they said truck is in Jersey waiting to be delivered tonight. If not the next day. But don't get upset, if it does'nt come. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif[/img] He said wensday the latest. That's what they said. I'll just wait two more days and hope for the best.
