F-250 "Sport" Model ? - Diesel Forum

Does anybody have any info on the '02 Sport Model
released at the Texas state fair? It's supposed to be monochromatic black with special cloth seats and rubber floor mats. Thanks.

Without having been at the TX State Fair, I would bet that is the "Built Tough" Package.

Cochise here. I was raised in the area and knew of someone with the same name as you.
I currently have no infromation on the "Sport Package". I will look in to for you.

I used to live off of Blackwell Road, near the Transfiguration (sp?) Church. Now I'm in Fulton County, near the Forsyth line.

Cochise, I used to know a daughter of a former mayor of Austell. This was back in the early 80's. Does that win me anything? Marty already knows of my dad, or at least read a book about his army unit. :-)

THis is just my opinion, and I'll probably get flamed, but I just dont see the words "F-250" or "SuperDuty" and "Sport" going together. That is for baby F-150s and Screws.... [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

I think my friend went to South Cobb High ... I didn't meet her until she was at Agnes Scott College. Since that was over 20 years ago, I cannot even remember her name. Sometimes I have a difficult time remembering my own.
